The privacy of my customers is important and Willberry-Lane will not collect or retain any personal information knowingly supplied by you for release to any third parties without your consent. I will make every effort to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and that no advertising information will be forwarded to you unless requested .
Product Availibility
Products appearing on Willberry-Lane's website will be reviewed on a weekly basis. All reasonable steps will be taken to ensure that products displayed on the website are available at the time of the customer's purchase. In the event that a product is not available , the customer will be contacted when item is purchased and the order will either not be processed or a full refund of that item will be undertaken.
Refund of Items
It is important to me that all my customers are completely happy with the service and products that they recieve from Willberry-Lane. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please contact me within five (5) working days for a full refund.
Postage Within Australia and Overseas
Unless otherwise requested, all items delivered within Australia will be posted by regular domestic mailing using Australia Post's Services.
Overseas Postage
Overseas customers should contact me prior to purchase for admustment of postage prices. Insurance is recommended for all overseas items.
Lost or Damaged Postage Items
Willberry-Lane will not be responsible for items lost or damaged when using regular postal services either within Australia or Overseas. Registered post is recommended so that items of a breakable nature are not damaged.
